Lipsky and Brandt is a full-service law firm comprised of six attorneys and support staff who maintain offices in Pennsylvania at 1101 Market Street, Suite 2820, Philadelphia, PA 19107 and in New Jersey at 1200 Laurel Oak Road, Suite 104, Voorhees, NJ 08043. With four attorneys who are graduates of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the firm capitalizes on their experience and knowledge by providing corporate and real estate legal advice based on a comprehensive understanding of how their clients’ businesses work. They handle both transactional and litigation matters. This approach permits clients to work with the same attorneys on both matters – an uncommon occurrence in today’s legal landscape.

Many of the firm’s matters are handled against large firms where other parties are paying double or triple the hourly rates that their clients pay.
