Biography

Victor Lipsky is a founding member of the firm practicing in the Philadelphia area and is currently of counsel to the firm. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated from the Wharton School of Business with a BS in Economics in 1957. Mr. Lipsky is also a 1960 graduate of the Temple University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Lipsky currently resides full time in Boca Raton, FL. He still practices part time in the areas of estate administration, estate planning and real estate law.

Mr. Lipsky is the father of two adult children and has five grandchildren and one great grandchild. When not working, Mr. Lipsky enjoys playing golf, serving as chair of the legal committee of over 1,700 residences at the Polo Club in Boca Raton, FL, and spending time with his wife, Shirley.
