Biography

Brian Perini is a partner of the firm, with his practice focused on the areas of Commercial and Residential Real Estate Acquisitions, Leasing and Finance, Commercial Transactions and Corporate law. He Is a 2003 graduate of West Chester University with a BS Finance and BS Economics. Mr. Perini is also a 2006 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University - Dickinson School of Law where he served as a member of the Penn State International Law Review. He is a former clerk to Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge, The Honorable John T.J. Kelly, Jr. and is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Perini's real estate practice includes the representation of landlord and tenants in office, industrial and retail leasing matters, borrowers and lenders in complex commercial loan transactions, buyers and sellers of commercial properties and apartment complexes and property developers in zoning, condominium formation and other development matters. Further, Mr. Perini has represented a number of small business owners in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters.

Mr. Perini previously was general counsel to a local real estate development company counseling senior management in all areas of real estate financing, property acquisition, leasing and development matters, and general litigation matters. As part of his practice, Mr. Perini has negotiated the resolution of multiple loan restructuring transactions, including forbearance and modification agreements, complex commercial leases, and intricate financing matters, including the representation of borrowers in securitized loans transactions.

Mr. Perini is a Philadelphia and Penn State sports fanatic who enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, Anna, and their three children, when not skiing, coaching youth sports, or engaging in any other sport available at the moment.
