Dana K. Coyne is an associate of the firm practicing in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In 2005, Ms. Coyne graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Music. She graduated from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2011 and is admitted to the State Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey. Before attending Temple Law, Ms. Coyne attended the Paralegal Education Program at Villanova University, and worked for several years as a paralegal in the areas of insurance defense and Workers’ Compensation.
Prior to joining Lipsky and Brandt, Ms. Coyne practiced in the area of personal injury litigation representing plaintiffs in the Philadelphia region and successfully obtained numerous favorable settlements and awards for her clients in a wide variety of personal injury cases. Currently, Ms. Coyne concentrates her practice in the area of real estate, commercial, and general litigation, representing individuals, businesses, developers, and condominium associations. Her litigation practice encompasses representing individuals and businesses as plaintiffs and defendants in matters such as contractual disputes, construction disputes, title issues, ejectment, personal injury, and estate litigation.
In her spare time, Ms. Coyne enjoys running, cooking, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, and spending time at the beach.
