Victor Lipsky
Victor Lipsky is a
founding partner and senior partner of the firm. He is a graduate of the
University of Pennsylvania where he graduated from the Wharton School of
Business with a BS in Economics in 1957. Mr. Lipsky is also a 1960
graduate of the Temple University School of Law and is admitted to
practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States
District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Lipsky concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, corporations and estates representing individuals, businesses, developers and condominium associations. His real estate practice involves representing and advising clients in such areas as purchases and sales of real estate, residential, commercial and industrial leasing transactions, planned urban communities, condominium creation and conversion, land use and zoning, loan transactions, syndications, and the creation of easements and licenses. His estate practice encompasses estate planning, elder law and tax issues, and estate probate. Mr. Lipsky’s corporate practice encompasses representing and advising small and large businesses in their day to day affairs beginning with the formation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, and extending to shareholder, partner, and member disputes, reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, the sale and purchase of businesses, and general corporate matters.
