Justin Krik
Justin L. Krik is an associate of the firm practicing in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a 2002 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Mr. Krik graduated from the Widener University School of Law in 2006, and is admitted to practice before the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. Mr. Krik represents parties in general real estate and business transactions and litigation. His litigation practice includes commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, contractual disputes, residential foreclosure, and title issues. His transactional practice includes business entity formation, drafting and negotiating contracts, purchases and sales of real estate, and secured transactions. Mr. Krik works with attorneys in the firm assisting in the following practice areas: collections, commercial litigation, commercial leasing transactions, confessions of judgment, creditors’ rights, estate planning, equipment lease enforcement, execution practice, loan and financing transactions, mechanics’ liens and plaintiffs’ personal injury. Mr. Krik’s clients include home buyers and sellers, real estate investors and Sheriff’s Sale purchasers, landlords, creditors, and small businesses. Mr. Krik is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is also a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson and Realtor. Mr. Krik was married on November 15, 2008.
