Ashley Kazman

Ashley Kazman is an associate of the firm practicing in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  In 2004, Ms. Kazman graduate Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, College Park with a dual Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communications and Criminal Justice.  She graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2007 and is admitted in the State Courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey.

Prior to joining Lipsky and Brandt, Ms. Kazman practiced in Miami, Florida where she concentrated in real estate law and litigation.  Currently, Ms. Kazman concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation representing individuals, businesses, developers and condominium associations.  Her litigation practice encompasses representing individuals and business as Plaintiffs and Defendants in matters such as contractual disputes, collections, construction, title issues, ejectment, personal injury, and estate litigation, successfully trying both jury and nonjury cases in Pennsylvania and Florida.

In her spare time, Ms. Kazman enjoys horseback riding, cheering on the Philadelphia Flyers, and is an avid shopper.
